Queremos acompañar y orientar a las personas, sea cual sea su nivel de formación inicial ysus aspiraciones, a través de una oferta de programas de formación continua flexibles,adaptados y actualizados, mediante cualquiera de sus modalidades (presencial, nopresencial o mixta), en un amplio abanico de ámbitos de conocimiento.

Final recomendations
You must have a committed board.
Align your mission, vision and values to your strategy.
All the members of the institution must know the strategy (communication
plan).
Define SMART objectives that can be reach and measure them with KPI.
Look for partners that can help you with the implementation and the
investment.
Before the implementation activities, define an action plan.
Do not forget to include an estimate budget to assure resources availability.
