Hot Spinach Dip with Chef Rafer

Ingredients:

1 Bag fresh spinach1 fine diced onion2 tablespoons Oil (Grape seed)6 ounces Greek yogurt (plain)1 cube low fat or fat free feta1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon fresh Garlic

Hot Spinach Dip with Chef Rafer

Method:

Sauté onions and garlic. Discard liquid from spinach and add to Sauté . Stir in rest of ingredients, top with grated cheese (optional) and serve hot with crisps and fresh veggies.
