Please note that the minimum age to take part in a spin class is 16 years and Body Blitz is 18 yearsThe leisure centre does offer classes that are suitable for children aged 14 years. To find out which classes are suitable, please look out for the 14 on the timetable below

LevelsAll - Individuals attending these classes can work at their own level. A class designed for all abilities.

Beg - Beginner - A class designed for individuals that are new to exercise or are returning from injury/ illness. An ideal progression for those on the Exercise Referral Scheme.

Int - Intermediate - Individuals that exercise regularly will benefit from attending these classes to help increase their fitness levels.

Adv - Advanced - High energetic classes designed for those individuals that are able to work up to their maximum.
