The waveforms in Hindenburg are rectified waveforms. In short this gives you double the amount of information aboutthe audio than regular waveforms. As standard the waveforms have different shades of color. Thelightest color is the peaks - the darkest color is the RMS value …how loud it sounds

Ifyou answer yes, the the session sample-rate will be converted tofit the sample rate of the selected audio. Do this if all you audio isrecorded in a specific sample-rate, like 48 KHzDecoding: All audio will be converted to Wav audio format andsaved in the session file folder, when you save the session.Analyzing: The audio levels will be analyzed and set correctly forbroadcast use

The Voice Profiler is a unique tool for creating consistent soundfor narration.The Hindenburg PRO series can take a “snapshot” of your idealsound. This profile can later be applied to new recordings forconsistent sound. The Hindenburg PRO series will nowdynamically create a equalization that to best match your ideal“snapshot” This way the journalist can work under any conditions - in theoffice, a hotel or plane - still create broadcast sound. Hindenburg also has a Generic setting that can be applied to allvoices for that “broadcast” sound. The Generic setting is available in the entire Hindenburg series.
The Voice Profiler will take a “snapshot” of your ideal soundImport some audio representing the sound you would like toconsistently use. The audio should be no shorter than 30 seconds. Choose “learn” to create a profile and then save it.

Compression is used to limit the dynamic range of the audio. Thedynamics of the audio is the range from the quiet elements in therecording to the highest. The compressor will try to even out thedifferences. Use the compressor with caution. Too muchcompression will create a “pumping” effect.If you need to add compression to your narration, then you mighttry the voice profiler.

Fade - multi regions Cmd + F “Fade over multiple regions” is used to create a single fadeover small regions. This could be ambience or edited music.
Fade - cross fade Cmd + F “Cross Fade” is used for making a transition from one soundto another on the same track.
Fade - cross fade point Cmd + mouse “Cross Fade point” is the cross section of the fade. It can bemoved to fit the fade point better.
