We should assign someone to introduce us - I nominate Andrew!

I might actually suggest 1 slide per project. This should simply be an introduction of the project without too much depth. Hopefully you can get to the depth as we tell the "story" through our points below.Otherwise, we could have 1 slide to introduce our respective organizations and a second slide to introduce the project.Another thought is to put these slides JUST before the first time you talk about a point. Rather than introducing all at the beginning, you would introduce your project before you discuss it for the first time...Just thinking by text.

Let's go with one or two slides of intro, and we can elaborate as we discuss each point. If we intro each program as we go, the presentation might jump around a bit too much.

Okay, I will tackle the first two

We should probably each choose two of these and just reiterate. Not necessarily with specifics from each of our projects, but rather restating these in different formats for clarity.
