1. Combine the oats and almondmilk in a pot and cook on mediumheat. Once the mixture begins tothicken, add the sliced banana anda handful of berries.

2. Continue cooking until theoatmeal is thick enough to stick toa spoon.

3. Cut the plantains into quarters.On an oiled pan on medium-highheat, cook until the plantainsbrown slightly.

4. Spread the browned plantains ona lightly oiled tray and bake for 20-30 minutes.

5. Roast the diced almonds andwalnuts for five minutes on low-medium heat, taking care not tosinge them.

6. Serve the oatmeal into bowls,sprinkling the roasted nuts andremaining fruit on top. Enjoy!
