This section of the tutorial covers all steps necessary for beginning the Performance Management Process.
Getting Started
From your Self Service Main Menu, click the Manager button.

The Manager main menu appears.

Under your Manager main menu, click the Performance Management link.

Click the Main Menu link to open the Performance Management System.

To access the performance management system, select an employee.

Should you need to maximize the screen, click and drag the window to the left and then click the Maximize button in the upper right corner.

The Performance Management Main Menu will be your starting point to create & certify performance plans and reviews or view historical reviews.

To view completed reviews, click the View Historical Reviews button.

The Historical Menu appears.

You will not see any historical performance reviews on this menu until you have completed one using the Performance Management System
Historical reviews are accessible by both the supervisor and employee

To select other completed reviews, click the drop down arrow next to the rating period.

The print option is available on each of the main menus: Plan Menu, Review Menu, and Historical Menu.
Remember to select the appropriate rating period before clicking the print button.
