management & exhibitors to
handle general duties to
produce a show
Duties include:
Installing & dismantling
Creating & hanging signage
Laying carpet
Providing booth/ stand furniture

assigned location
Removing empty crates
Returning crates at the end of an
event fro “re-crafting”
Delivering materials back
to dock for carrier loading

union workers & tradespeople Knowing how to hire
enough labor based on
