Whether a service elevator in the hotel, an industrial elevator with a wide variety of equipment or an explosion-proof version of a freight elevator – you move a great deal with elevators from ThyssenKrupp Aufzüge. Where an efficient connection is needed for vertical transport, ThyssenKrupp Aufzüge delivers the optimal answer. The extreme stresses to which freight eleva-tors are usually exposed mean that long-life robustness and sustained economy are deci-sive quality characteristics. The latest control system technology combines with the mate-rial quality as regards solidity and stability to ensure the necessary general conditions are provided.
Comprehensive experience and continuous further development form the basis for the structure of our range of freight elevators. The corresponding elevator systems are created on this basis in a production process that is fully in-house - systems with outstan-ding substance and innovations that make sense.
With a modular structure, the range on offer provides the possibility to adapt the freight elevators to the circumstances in the buil-ding and to individual transport tasks wit-hout difficulty. Modular dimensions also enable the size of the elevator car to be de-termined precisely.
We take account of the specific needs that a freight elevator has to meet not only with re-gard to the highest level of technology and material but also with regard to the use of the elevator. Diverse equipment variants are avai-lable, taking account of how the elevator is to be used and its characteristics.
Energy efficiency
Skills for loads.
Next Level Application• The modular principle of our freight
elevator series means that varied and individual transport tasks can be perfor-med easily, flexibly and economically.
• Broad and flexible range of freight elevators for various transport require-ments in different building types.
Next Level Safety• Precise stops for simple loading and
unloading also of high loads.• Maximum safety with maximum carry-
ing force.
Next Level Design / Ergonomics• Maximum flexibility, high-quality ma-
terials and a wide variety of versions for equipment form the base for many different transport tasks.
• The wide choice of equipment means that our freight elevator series integ-rates seamlessly into a wide variety of buildings.
• A modular structure on the basis of predefined components makes planning easier and shortens delivery times.
Next Level Quality• Robust technology, staff and solid
equipment form the basis for the high availability of our long-life quality elevators.
Next Level Comfort• High travel comfort through the use of
frequency-controlled drives.
Our freight elevator system integrate into a wide variety of building types in an exemp-lary manner.Consequently, our freight elevators make a significant contribution to minimising the energy consumption in buildings. The availability of energy-saving components
and control options such as shutdown of the elevator car light when the elevator is at a standstill as well as the transition of elect-ronic components that are not required into the "standby" or "sleep" mode considerably minimise the energy consumption when our elevators are at a standstill.
Our efficient and energy-saving drive technology in conjunction with the latest frequency control reduces energy consump-tion during operation to a high degree.
ThyssenKrupp freight elevators offer great advantages in every area, making every decision in favour of a sy-stem from our company a safe investment.

Door project planning
Meiller landing sliding doors:With the standard sill attachment on anchor rails with the normal attachment brackets, the maximum permitted wheel load (QRL) is 5 kN and the axle load is 10 kN.If no door recess is possible, an end-to-end beam is to be fitted under the shaft door sill. (Available on request at extra charge.)With a reinforced door sill, a wheel load of up to a maximum of 50 kN is possible. A requirement is a sill substructure that can bear the corresponding load or placing the landing door in a recess and underfilling the door sill. (Available on request at extra charge.)

Four freight traction elevators as a group of 4, each with a carrying force of 2600 kg and an internal car area of approx. 5 m2, ensure the smooth transport of custo-mers in the Kaufland supermarket in Nürtingen. The elevators are driven by efficient and frequency-cont-rolled TW160 gear drives that move the freight cars with a capacity of 34 persons per elevator car at a speed of 1.0 m/s over 3 floors.
