    Lakshmi Mittal: The steel tycoon is the richest in Britain and U.K. He

    was born and brought up India. He belonged to the middle classfamily. His father had a small steel manufacturing company from

    here he learned this business and went on to start his own in

    England. Soon after his business started in England he started to

    acquire small and mid-size companies and later on the he hit a bulls

    eyes when he acquired Arcelor which was the largest steel making

    company in the world. Thus making his company Mittal steels the

    Ratan Tata:Tata Empire was already a flourished one, but Mr. Ratan

    Tata made this business more diversified with his presence. He is one

    of the few businessmen who is highly respected in the Indian society

    for his work, humbleness and contribution to the society. He had

    many struggles in his early life as he did not have his parents there

    for him while being poor. He was raised by his grandmother LadyNavajbai and didn't see much going for him until he started going to

    school. In 1962, he joined the Tata Group and his first job involved

    working with the Tata Steel division in Jamshedpur. He was

    appointed the Director-in-Charge of the National Radio & Electronics

    Company Limited (Nelco) in 1971 and was successful in turning Nelco

    around which later paved his way to becoming the Chairman of Tata

    Industries.The Groups investments in industries such as steel,textiles, power and hotels made a huge impact on Indian economy.

    Over the past 10-12 years, Tata has taken over a series of famous

    British brands, from Tetley Tea to Jaguar Land Rover. Today Tata

    owns 19 European companies, in industries ranging from tea to IT,

    steel to cars, and employs 60,000 people in Britain.

    P Mohamed Ali:Another success story of Indian which looks like

    straight out of Bollywood movie. P Mohamed Ali was also born and

    brought up in India, but soon he left India for Oman at the age of 20.

    He wanted to have Business Empire in the construction and the

    infrastructure sector of Oman at the time when Oman was not

    known to many. In the year 1972 he started his business called Galfarengineering and the construction with just 5 labors under him. Slow

    and steadily Galfar gained many projects in Oman as the country

    went on development mode and soon with time it was the largest

    construction company of Oman with more than 27000 employees

    and also operating in many other Middle East countries like UAE,

    Kuwait, Qatar etc.P Mohamed Ali also launched another company in

    India called Mfar under Galfar. It already has few properties under itsbanners like Le meridian and the Westin in Chennai. Mfar was in the

    news recently for its investment in Maldives of 150 million for a high-

    end luxury resorts.

    Prem Ganapathy

    The success story of Prem ganapthy is very simple and just like a

    Bollywood movie. Prem ganapthy was a small kid when he made hisway to Mumbai from his hometown Chennai. He was lost and

    robbed the day he kept his foot in the dream city Mumbai. Somehow

    he managed to get a job as a dish washer in a hotel but this was just

    the starting. After few years, he started roadside stall of Idli and dosa

    which was so tasty that people wouldnt mind waiting in a queue for

    it. He was also famous to have high hygiene level which quite an

    unusual view in early 90s for a road stall. Due to tasty, hygienic andhealthy food his customer grew along with his business to today his

    Business Empire spread across many countered under his brand Dosa

    Plaza.
