THE PART OF VOWEL IS TWO PARTS… SHORT VOWEL is a letter in the english
language that is often times expitessed through a free passage of breath
LONG VOWEL sound is a sound which is the same as or very simillar to the letter name of one of the vowels, a long vowel sound is the same as its name the diacrtical mark for a long vowel is called a macron ( ), which is in the shape of a line above the vowel.
