qualities in leaders. Can the DLDS be used in different countries?

Our research provides evidence that, yes, the

survey can be used with confidence across the

globe.

Most reliability and validity testing has been done on US surveys. The current study expanded

across cultures.

More specifically, both the index and trait level factors were found to fit

well across cultures.

Do cross-cultural differences in leadership perceptions exist?

For the most part, cross-cultural differences do not

exist. No significant variability in rater

perceptions were found.
