Hello, I am Karolis Novikovas and I want to offer mycadidacy to European Ultimate FederationMarketing and Event management committes. I finished sport management studies at Kaunokolegija university of applied sciences and Icontinue my studies in sport management, sportmarketing and sport communication fields. I am interested in sports management when Istarted volunteering at Eurobasket 2011(Lithuania). From 2013 I started play ultimate inSiauliai and created new team in Lithuania - SunCity Clibri.

From 2015 I started volunteering at Lithuanian flying disc federation and 2016 I wasselected in general seceratary position. Also from 2017 I am are European ultimatefederation youth committe member. I had opportunity to do internship inorganisations: Lithuanian football federation, BC Kaunas Zalgiris, Lithuanian hockeyfederation. I follow big part of sports and their management desicions. My main aims: 1. Regional youth indoor/outdoor championships; 2. Marketing and communication fields reinforcement; 3. European Ultimate Indoor Champioship 2020; 4. European Ultimate League 2022;
