Feedback from Sessions
Rig Manager T7: Mike Rig Manager – T7: Mike
I thought the presentation went down very well. The millionaire game was particularly enjoyed by the crews, as they like that sort of thing. I think they were impressed with the effort that was put into the presentation and understood the message that was being put across, especially the fact that everyone is in it together' when it comes to safety. As for 'did it add value'. How does anyone know? If there is a load of incidents after the 'Back to Basics' programme then someone could argue it h d ff t b t if S f t i d d j d t d ti tihad no effect, but if Safety is regarded as a journey and not a destination, then the only measure you have of the value of the programme is if it is evident that the crews conduct, and participate in, JSA meetings, hazard observations etc with more knowledge and enthusiasm I believe this is theobservations etc. with more knowledge and enthusiasm. I believe this is the case on T-7.
