Voiceover;
It's 2009. The average UK citizen is caught on CCTV around 300 times a day. And those fortunate
enough to live in london have their journey and travel information stored for an unspecified amount
of time. The current government has proposed a bill for a government database to include the calls
we've made, the websites we've visited, and the emails we've sent, entitled the communications data
bill. And the European union requires its member states to store all telecommunications data for 6-
24 months. Too many, this signifies a dark future for Britain, but for others it simply signifies we
live under a government which devotes time and effort to protect us, prevent crime, and make
Britain a safer place.
