male and female polar bears
Male and female polar bears are similar because they both don’t hibernate at all during the winter. However a male polar bear weighs 770 to 1430 pounds, while a female polar bear weighs 330 to 550 pounds.
Why bears are endangered
Bears are endangered because people take away there land for farming area, to build houses on, and we cut down trees in the forest that bears live in witch is giving them less space to live in and making them die out. Also because some bears are killed for medicine.
Range of Black Bears
growing up as a bear
When a bear is growing up it must learn many skills. First it is born in a den or during hibernation. Next it grows up were it is able to leave its den witch will take about 3 to 6 weeks. Then it fallows its and learns skills (like learning how to catch pray) by watching its mother. Lastly the cub is big enough to go in the wild alone. And now it will hibernate and have cubs of its own. Then the cycle will go all over again.
