NOTE: There might be instances that upon clicking the SUBMIT button the screen will show that the browser seems to be performing a task. The status bar may appear to progress only up to 50% and that’s all. You may think that there is something wrong with the system. If you experience this situation, take note that an email was already sent to your Company’s PSS Administrator and the association request has already been submitted. Please do not click on the SUBMIT button again as this will send multiple email notifications to the PSS Administrator. Check the sample screenshot below.

Step 7: After clicking on the SUBMIT button, you will be taken to an acknowledgement page stating “Company Association Request Pending.” At the bottom of the page it will display the names and email addresses of your Company’s PSS Administrators. They are in-‐charge of approving the association request. You can contact these individuals directly to expedite the approval of your request.
Please note that once the PSS Administrators approve the request you will receive an email notification regarding the approval. It will take up to 24 to 48 hours to update through the system before you receive Partner Level Access. After that time you can contact Cisco Partner Helpline and open a case.
