OnbehalfoftheIOCrecognizedWorldGoverningBodyfortheSportofCheer(Cheerleading&PerformanceCheer),theInternationalCheerUnion(ICU),wethankyouforyourdedicationtothepositiveadvancementofourSportinyourcountryandthroughouttheworld.FollowingthedecisionoftheICUGeneralAssemblyonTuesday24April2018,theICUispleasedtoconfirmthefollowing:TheInternationalCheerUnion(ICU)herebyrecognizestheAnguillaNationalCheerUnion(ANCU)astheNationalGoverningBodyfortheSportofCheerforAnguilla.AsoneofICU’snewestmembers,ANCUisaprovisionalmemberoftheICU,andwithinaccordanceoftheICUstatutes,ANCUistheonlyICUNationalFederationinAnguilla.AsacknowledgedbytheICUGeneralAssemblyandstatutesoftheICU,thisstatusisgrantedundertheconditionsofcontinuousgoodstanding.AllrightsandprivilegesassociatedwiththishonoranddistinctionwillbeprovidedonconditionofanongoingcommitmenttotheICUidealsandprinciplesofwhichconfirmtheinclusiveandpositiveadvancementofCheerinAnguillaandaroundtheworld.Thiscommitmentisfocusedonprovidingbenefitandopportunityforourathleteswhoparticipate.TheICUcontinuestolookforwardtoprovidingstructureandsafety,aswellasbalancedinputandgovernancetoassistthevariousstagesofdevelopmentinwhichourSportfindsitselfinmanynationsacrosstheglobe.WeappreciateverymuchthecontributionsyouhavemadetothedevelopmentoftheSportofCheerinyournation,andaroundtheworld.Congratulationsonthisachievement,andwelookforwardtoworkingcloselywithyouonthisexcitingendeavor.YoursinSport,
