Christmas Party Information
Your Christmas Event IncludesDining tables, buffet tables, white linens, white linen napkins, chairs, bar and bar tender, flatware, and glassware. All functions canceled within 72 hours of date will be charged 100% of the contracted food and beverage revenue. Socan fees of $59.17 and Resound fees of $26.63 do apply with music or dancing.
Food and BeverageIn compliance with health and liquor regulations no food or beverages will be permitted to be brought in or taken out of the club. The Falls must supply all food and beverage including any alcoholic beverage. Corkage events are allowed with a $20.00 corkage fee. Alcohol is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 19. Consumption of alcoholic beverages are only allowed within the licensed areas of the club (banquet room, deck, club house, restaurant).
Labour RatesLabour charge for events held on Canadian Statutory Holidays - $4.00 per guest
ConditionsAny damages to the premises or property of The Falls Golf Club will be the responsibility of the client and replacement or repair charges will be applied.
All guests of your function are responsible for their own property while on The Falls premises. All guests are responsible for their legal liability to others for bodily injury or property damage. Children must remain under adult supervision and are permitted in designated function areas only.
It is strictly prohibited for any guest of the function to enter onto either golf course during their function. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the members of the event are aware of, and respect the golf course and club house rules. The Falls Golf Club reserves the right to inspect and monitor all functions.
To Secure a DateA signed contract all with a non refundable $200.00 deposit and a valid credit card number is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be regarded as a down payment towards the total cost of the event. Select menu items (determine if any participants have special diet requirements), select wine, special event activities, estimated numbers.
One Week PriorPayment for food and pre-ordered alcohol must be paid in full. Guaranteed number of people.
Applicable taxes and gratuities will apply.
