A Wellness Program Just for You
Everyone approaches their health differently.
That’s why our wellness program lets you
choose how to earn rewards. You can find
different activities that fit your lifestyle while
earning points that translate to a credit toward
your 2023 benefits premiums.
Make sure to complete your activities between 10/01/2021 and 09/15/2022 to earn your rewards.
How to Get Started
Register Your Account
You’ll need your Member ID card to get started. If you don’t have our medical plan, we’ll give you a Wellness Only card to use for our wellness program.

› Choose Register Now.
› Follow the steps to register with information from your ID card.

How to Earn Your Rewards
Visit the Rewards Center
Once you have an account, visit the Rewards Center to see the activities you can complete.
Log in at bcbst.com/tva.
Choose Managing Your Health.
Choose Rewards.
Visit the Member Wellness CenterYou can visit the Member Wellness Center to start, track or complete certain activities.
Log in at bcbst.com/tva.
Choose Visit Member Wellness Center.
Complete activities and report them in the Rewards Center, Member Wellness Center or AlwaysOn® app. Any claims-based reward will automatically post once it has been submitted and paid.

Chronic Care Management
Eligible members can enroll in a Chronic Care program and
maintain engagement with a Care Nurse. Earn points up to 4
times per year.

Biometric Requirements
You can earn points for completing a biometric screening and getting these results from your physician:
› LDL cholesterol
› HDL cholesterol
› Triglycerides
› Fasting blood glucose
› Resting blood pressure
› BMI or waist circumference
To earn points, you’ll need to enter your results:
› Log in to your account at bcbst.com/tva.
› Choose Managing Your Health.
› Choose Member Wellness Center.
› Complete your Personal Health Assessment using the results from your biometric screening.

Our no-hassle member fitness program connects you with more than 10,000 gyms and fitness centers nationwide. With no long-term contracts and a website that allows you to search for facilities near you, Fitness Your Way makes working out simple.
› Affordable. One-time enrollment fee of $29 and a $29 monthly fee per member.
