ideal if you're

Jogging
This is not only for
super-fit people.
Anyone can jog, as
long as you keep it
to your own level.

Jogging is a
relatively low-impact,
cardiovascular
workout and is another
workout where the
whole family can
take part, including
your four-legged
canine friends.

Hiking and Biking
Mountain bikers will
need a bike, helmet,
gloves and water bottle.
Hikers need a reliable
pair of shoes or boots,
and maybe some

Interval Training
No time for all those
aforementioned?
Interval (Tabata)
training sessions can be
as short as 10 minutes.
It sounds easy,
but it's actually
really tough.

The basic idea is that
you perform an
exercise for 30 seconds,
rest for 30 seconds,
and repeat
- you'll think those
rest phases are getting
shorter each time.
