Royalla, the glamorous Robertson farm stay, has been listed for sale. It is a 47 hectare cattle farm that
grosses up to $80,000 a year from its visitors. Derek Leddie, former CEO of The Leading Edge market research firm and co-founder of athlete training outfit Out Of Your Mind, and his wife Nicole Lenord have owned Royalla for 10 years. The Pearsons Lane property boasts 200 species of plants and trees that are more than 100 years old. Royalla hosted 70 weddings last year and has 26 confirmed for 2015. The property accommodates up to 16 people across three recently renovated dwellings. David Nolan of Webster Nolan Real Estate, Cameron McKillop of McKillop Property and Ian Rayner Real Estate are giving $3.3 million price guidance. Leddie spent $2.8 million to buy the neglected retreat which comes with dry-stone walls, a creek and a dam.
The five bedroom architecturally designed Ducks Crossing, on 6450 square metres at Bowral, has been

Round Hill, the 93 hectare Southern Highlands lifestyle farm, has been listed by Australian cricket captain
Michael Clarke and his wife, Kyly. There are $6.5 million hopes for the very private property. Much of what is on offer – including a picket-fenced oval with cricket pitch – dates to the ownership of then Challenger chief Bill Ireland who used it for corporate and charity events after he bought the property for $2.05 million in 2000. Fallowfield, the rambling farmhouse at Burradoo, has been listed after 50 years of Tinkler family ownership.
The double brick farmhouse at 83 Burradoo Road comes with a mid-1800s barn of sandstock brick. The 6418 square metre property has been listed through LJ Hooker agent Philip Barron.
Property industry veteran Lyn Shaddock and his wife Jan have sold their Werai retreat, The Folly,
after just four weeks on the market. The Greenhills Road property fetched $2,285,000. Shaddock, chairman of Growthpoint Properties and Calibre Capital, listed the 4.7 hectare property with $2.45 million hopes with Margaret McCauley Real Estate and Angus Yuill of Campbell Jones Property. The four bedroom house was built after the land was bought for $500,000 in 2001.
