tense, chefs here are coming up with innovative dishes. Serving cuisine from the West Coast and beyond. One dish which is keep customers coming back is Jonah’s tender co-conut mousse. This is served inside a coconut shell. A perfect dish for the ongoing weather. ‘The mousse refreshes the body,’ say custom-
