6. Accommodation Booking of accommodation is according to the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system. Accommodation costs: The Organising Committees in each venue will pay for persons within the quota and within the competition period according to FIS Rules. Price per person outside the quota within: CHF 125 per person per night with full board. Accommodation before the official competition period at Scandic Holmenkollen Park (before 6 March): NOK 1420 per person per night – double room NOK 1890 per person per night – single room Extra single rooms: NOK 1890 per person per night Accommodation before the official competition period at Radisson Blu Park Hotel (before 6 March): NOK 1250 per person per night – double room NOK 1550 per person per night – single room Extra single rooms: NOK 1550 per person per night Raw Air offers accommodation with full board for all National Associations’ Ski Jumping Teams and all Officials at the following hotels:

For all athletes, coaches and staff we offer to handle the transport of the luggage between the destinations. The luggage must be placed at a designated area in the hotel. Detailed information will be distributed at each hotel.
We also offer to bring all equipment from the waxing cabin to the next waxing cabin, including the skis. Detailed information regarding departure for the waxing equipment will be distributed in the team area at each destination. Prices for transport : Lillehammer – Trondheim € 75 Trondheim – Drammen € 245 Equipent for each athletes € 100 More details will be provided at TCM.
8. Payment Travel Expenses will be transferred to each Team’s bank account in Holmenkollen in the Raw Air Secretariat in the Scandic Holmenkollen Park.
Prize Money will be paid by bank transfer to the Athletes after the FIS World Cup RAW AIR Tournament. In addition to the prize money regulated by the FIS WC rules there will be paid extra prize money to the FIS World Cup RAW AIR Tournament overall top 3 athletes. Men Women First Prize: € 60.000 First Prize: € 35.000 Second Prize: € 30.000 Second Prize: € 15.000 Third Prize: € 10.000 Third Prize: € 5.000

9. Income tax information for prize money
The current Norwegian tax rate for non resident athletes is 15%. Due to a special tax convention between Norway and USA, income tax will not be deducted by the OC for income less than USD10000 – “the income shall be taxable only in the State of which the sportsman is a resident”.
Tax will be deducted by the OC according to the Norwegian Foreign Artist Taxation Act, and taxes will be paid by the OC according to the regular tax legislation in Norway.
10. Waxing facilities – location
Holmenkollen: close to the ski jumping hill – behind the lift lobby Lillehammer: close to the outrun in the ski jumping hill Trondheim: Ski wax cabins will be located at the team area at the hill. Vikersund: Ski wax cabins will be located at the team area at the hill. There will be no ski-waxing rooms available at the hotels.
11. Regulations of radio equipment
The import, export and the operation of radio equipment in Norway is regulated by national law. Permits for the use of radiotransmission equipment must be requested according to national specifications. For further information and application form (‘Application for temporary use of radios in Norway’) see: www.npt.no. The application must be forwarded before 1 February.
12. Visa Regulations Remember that citizens of some countries will need visa for visiting Norway. Please check with your embassy if you need a visa to enter into Norway. For an official letter of Invitation, please send a request to the OC Secretariat: [email protected]
