Thank you for participating in Knight Consulting, LLC’s first ‘SMALL BUSINESS SHOWCASE EXPO’. This EXPO

is only for-profit small businesses, whose revenue are less than $150,000 annually. Priority will be given to

businesses in Cumberland County. The Exhibitor Info Packet and the full payment are due at the same time. All

businesses must be pre-approved in order to participate in this EXPO. Limited to first come first serve basis. There

will be no more than two to three like or similar businesses in the same trades. (Example: no more than two to four

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS

• Exhibit Booths are 8 x 10’ with a 8’ backdrop and 3’ sidewalls for all vendors except sponsors.

• Each booth includes one 8’ table, covered and skirted, and 2 chairs. Draping color is white.

• Power may be purchased at any booth for $75.

• WIFI may be purchased for $75. • Extra tables (uncovered) may be purchased for $25.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

• You will receive a confirmation package prior to the EXPO.

• Your package will include your booth assignment and all set up information.

EXPO RULES & INFORMATION

• Participation in the EXPO is offered to the public.

• Exhibitors may not share or sublet space. Limited to only one booth per company.

• Exhibitors must set up on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 12:00 Noon to 6:30 p.m. There will be no setting up on the

day of the EXPO (January 23).

• Join our Business-to-Business Social between the exhibitors on Monday, January 22 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• ALL EXHIBITORS—plan to arrive by 8:00 a.m on January 23. The EXPO starts at 10:00 a.m. – Ends at 7:00 p.m.

• EXHIBITORS SHOULD BE PRESENT THE ENTIRE DAY—MAKE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS.

• Exhibitors may utilize all the space within their booth, but may not set up in the walkway. An extra table may be purchased.

• Selling retail products at the EXPO is allowed.

• Every Exhibitor must bring a door prize for a giveaway valued at a minimal of $20—you will be given the opportunity to

present your prize on stage and give a one-minute elevator speech about your business to the public.

• Solicitation by those who do not have a booth is prohibited. Individuals doing so will be asked to leave.

• The public is invited to attend this event. Please be aware that there may be children attending.

• The EXPO is advertised through The Crown Center, emails, social media, and website, as well as through local news and radio

stations, and other advertising mediums.

• If purchasing power, WIFI or an extra table, you should do so before Friday, October 20th. • The average attendance is

estimated about 2,000+, therefore make sure that you have adequate supplies/giveaways for the visitors. • Pictures, videos and interviews will be performed throughout both days for advertisement purposes. If you do not wish

to participate, please let us know by submitting a letter along with this application.
