Longing for the much-loved Italian ritualof a daily espresso the brothers developed their own piece of Italy right here in Australia, because they knew that the flavour of coffee is at its best when it’s fresh. In 1958, the brothers began locally roasting their own premium 100% Arabica beans in Australia long before the market understood this measure of quality. Quinoa has rightfully developed a reputation as a super food,

supplying significant quantities of essential vitamins and minerals including manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, folate, and copper.

A cup of cooked quinoa also contains 8 grams of complete protein and 5 grams of fiber. It is gluten-fre and an excellent source of complete protein and fiber, making it a great option for a filling breakfast, lunch dinner, dessert or home-made energy bars!
