BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Overwatch, a figurine shop with a side of services are together with Winter 2016 PAYGO

Umbrella to sell our products through the PAYGO application, which contains multiple shops. Overwatch

consists of three individual vendors that sell No Game No Life figurines, League of Legends figurines and

Soccer kits. Overwatch is together with Winter 2016 PAYGO to advertise and increase the company’s

awareness in the market and purchase Overwatch items through the PAYGO website. In exchange,

Winter 2016 PAYGO Umbrella requires a 7.5% website usage fee for each purchase made through the

PAYGO website. Sales made through any three of the individual vendors will receive a 20% commission

bonus if a purchase was made from their website through the PAYGO application. Sales order/Order

fulfillment are also processed through the Winter 2016 PAYGO website.

PAYGO PROCESS SETTLEMENT

Winter 2016 PAYGO process settlement from web shop sales are fulfilled when customers are

adding the item to cart to go through checkout process. First, newcomers will have to create an account

and will have to get verification process in order to proceed in using the account. After successful

verification code check through e-mail, confirmation will be proceeded. Users will then be able to

browse or look for items that might be interesting to them through Winter 2016 PAYGO site. Items will

have to be added to cart and will be able to purchase the item. Through the checkout process, the

transaction will go through validation of credit card information and fulfillment will be required from the

fulfillment crew once the transaction is made. This will then leave the employee to process the shipment

of the order once the transaction is completed. Only items that will be bought is when the stock of the

items are available for purchase. The Winter 2016 PAYGO settlement is goes through very similar

process of Ebay and Amazon. Winter 2016 PAYGO process is a way for users to make settlement

functional and verifying to check the process of requirement of the transaction.
