1) Open your browser and navigate to http://us-new.ingrammicro.com

2) The top right corner click the Login to your Account.

3) Enter your username and password and click Log In.

4) Click the Click2License in the tool bar.

5) Click Order Status on the next tool bar.

6) In the Order Status Search screen, you are ready to start searching for orders. All searches require a vendor. In addition you need either a Customer Purchase Order Number, Ingram Sales order number, Ingram PO, or a range of dates. For example, the screen shot below shows a search on Fortinet orders from the date range of 12/1/2016 – 1/6/2017.

Note: If you would like to search the last 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months of

your orders – a vendor is not required. Just use the drop down highlighted below:

7) Click View Summary to see the search results.

8) Results will appear based on the search criteria entered. You will be able to see the rest of the

order details. If a reprint is available in your search criteria, click Reprint License.

Note: If there is not a reprint available yet, you will see Email Licensing Desk as an option if you wish to contact the licensing desk about receiving a reprint for the order. Please understand there are specific times that each vendor has to process and fulfill an order on their end.

9) You will then be able to download a copy of the reprint from the vendor that the Licensing Desk receives today via email.

10) You can also view a parsed version of the license and order information from within the Order Management screen. Click the Ingram Order Number to view the order information.

11) To view the order details (Note: some details my already be displayed in the reprint email) you can click on ORDER LINE DETAILS.

12) From the Order Management screen, you can download an Excel file of all orders in your search results by clicking Download Summary.

13) If you have more than one result you can Export by Selection and select which orders you want to download.

14) To see line level information click Download Detail and enter your email address.

15) If there are multiple orders that appear you can narrow down your search by typing in Order Number Search. You can narrow it down by Open Orders and Invoiced Orders.
