, Insect found inside Amul Milk Packet Officials accept mistake on complaint to company

(Business Reporter) Rajkot:

A customer in Rajkot had purchased a milk pouch and found an insect in it. He has lodged complaint with the company for the same. The insect can be seen clearly outside the pouch. The officials came to the custoiller's home after receiving a complaint on their Helpline and they have accepted their mistake.

Vishwarajsinh Bagariya of Vankaner Society of Bajarangwadi area, had purchased Amul milk pouch from a nearby shop. Then he lodged a complaint with the company. Vishwaraj has informed that officials have accepted their mistake and agreed to replace the pouch but that he refused to return the pouch to raise consumer awareness and he is going to file a formal complaint after consulting his advocate.

Action will be taken against those who have made the mistake

More than six lakh Amul milk pouches are packed daily at Rajkot Dairy. For this work, cleanliness is ensured and milk is pa ckaged using automatic machines. The reason for the negligence has been identified and action will be taken against the concerned department.
