1. The Palarong Pambansa 2013 will be hosted by the Province of Negros Oriental and the

Department of Education-Division of Negros Oriental on April 21-27 2013.

In order to effectively carry our tasks as host division, the Playing Venue Support Team is hereby

created. This shall be headed by OIC-ASDS Dexter Y. Aguilar. Education Program Supervisors shall provide technical assistance to their respective consultancy in the preparation and

execution of the Playing Venue hosting plan. All School Heads, Teachers and Non-teaching staff

shall become members of the venue support staff of every school district.

3. Attached is the official list of Playing Venues and List of Committee in-charge of Playing Venues.

4. Transportation and other travelling expenses incurred shall be charged to school mooe/division

funds/SEE funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
