DIVINE TOUCHING LIFE FOUDATION STATITICS FROM THE COMMUNITY OF DORONGO AKOBULIKOBISI IN THE UPPER EAST REGION OF GHANA.
Dorongo, Akobulikobisi community is one of the communities in the Bolgatanga Municipality of the Upper East Region, Ghana. It is 6km away from Bolgatanga, the capital town of the Region.
It has a population of about one thousand, six hundred people;
Women - 650 Children - 680 Men - 270
This community is lacking clean portable drinking water and have walk a long distance as far as (13km) away to search for water for drinking and for house
whole choices.
This unhygienic water consumed by the people has caused them to be prone to disease and sicknesses like diarrhea, guinea worm, typhoid and other waterborne diseases.
School children in the community face a lot of challenges in their studies due to
lateness to school as they have walk a long distance each for water. Both the villagers and their animals drink from the same source of water found below.

Zuribisi Agumdoo is one of the communities also in the Bolgatanga Municipality of the Upper East Region, Ghana. It is 16km away from Bolgatanga, the capital town of the Upper East Region of Ghana.
It has a population of about two thousand, three hundred (2300) people;
Women - 751 Children - 949 Men - 600
This community is also lacking portable drinking water and due to this both children and their parents have to walk a long distance as far as (10km) away to
search for water for drinking.
This unhygienic water consumed by the people has caused them to be prone to disease and sicknesses like diarrhea, guinea worm, typhoid and other waterborne diseases.
The inhabitants of this community are mainly farmers, and do not have any
better source of income. NB: It was realized that the number of children in this village exceeds the number of both men and women because of lack of proper family planning.

Basengo-Nyokoko is one of the communities in the Bolgatanga Municipality of the
Upper East Region, Ghana. It is 8km away from Bolgatanga, the capital town of the Upper East Region of Ghana.
It has a population of about one thousand, six hundred (1600) people; six hundred and fifty (650) women and two hundred and fifty (250) men and seven
hundred (700) children. This community is lacking portable drinking water. Due to this canker, children of going age walk a long distance as far as (8km)
away to search for portable water for drinking and sometimes go to school late. This unhygienic water consumed by the people has caused them to be prone to
disease and sicknesses like diarrhoea, guinea worm, typhoid and other waterborne diseases.
The inhabitants of this community are mainly farmers, and do not have any better source of income.

Teobisi Apanabono Community is one of the communities in the Bolgatanga Municipality of the Upper East Region, Ghana. It is 14km away from Bolgatanga, the capital town of the Upper East Region of Ghana.
It has a total population of about one thousand, six hundred (1600) people; five
hundred women (500) and three hundred and sixty one (361) men and seven hundred thirty nine (739) children. This community is lacking portable drinking water.
Due to this canker, children of going age walk a long distance as far as (15km) away to search for portable water for drinking and sometimes go to school late.
This unhygienic water consumed by the people has caused them to be exposed to
disease and sickness. The inhabitants of this community are mainly farmers, and do not have any
better source of income.

community also facing challenges of water for themselves and animals as the mainly animals farmers and has to always struggle for water for their animals and themselves.
