Prices are effective on the date indicated. Distributors are advised to maintain contact with their Sponsor or call GNLD’s Distributor Services to stay updated on product additions, deletions or price adjustments.

Distributor Price List

ORDERS

Unless making a “counter purchase” whilst visiting the

GNLD Office, all orders and payments must be re-

ceived via one of the methods outlined below.

ORDERING BY PHONE

Phone ordering is available Monday to Friday from

9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. When ordering by phone,

please quote your ID, Credit Card details, product code

number (e.g. 7000) and the quantity required whether

cases or singles.

ORDERING BY FAX

Available 24 hours a day. Fax to (868) 628 5773

Please use the GNLD order form and PRINT

CLEARLY. Distributor ID number, Credit card details

or Bank deposit information is necessary for your order

to be processed.

ORDERING BY EMAIL

Orders can be placed by email 24 hours a day 7 days a

week. All details including your Distributor ID number,

Credit Card Details, product code numbers and descrip-

tion and quantities must be included. Email orders to

[email protected]

STANDING ORDERS

You can receive your monthly product order (Auto Or-

der) by submitting your request to the GNLD office

along with your preferred method of payment such as

Credit Card, Bank deposit, Debit Card or direct debit

from your Sales Volume Bonus Cheque.

SHIPPING FEE

GNLD will ship to all locations in Trinidad and Tobago

serviced by the contracted courier service free of cost

provided the order being shipped is 100 or more Points

and going to the same shipping address.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed by 4:00 PM will be processed and dis-

patched to the currier the following business day. Once

dispatched, the shipment may take from one to four

days. Please allow for this when ordering.

ORDERING OF LITERATURE, AND SALES AIDS

GNLD offers a wide of range of literature and materials

to help you promote the GNLD products and associate

financial opportunity; to help empower others with in-

formation, and to help build your business. These mate-

rials have no point value (PV).

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO

All shipments from GNLD will only be delivered to

GNLD Distributors or their customers within Trinidad

and Tobago.

OUT OF STOCK

In the event that a product being temporarily out of

stock, it will be placed on “Back Order” (BO). As soon

as it arrives in our warehouse it will be forwarded to

you. When a product is “Back Ordered”, full Point

Value is allocated on the date the order was taken.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Orders are processed within 24 hours upon receipt of

one of the following payment options:

VISA, Master Card, Debit Cards, direct deposits BNS

Account 44016 and Managers Cheques

Cash is not accepted as a method of payment

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO ORDERING & DELIVERY PROCEDURES

If the credit card being used is declined or direct deposit slip is incomplete, GNLD considers it to be a “non-

order” and it will be held until payment is resolved. GNLD employees are not authorized to process orders for

which payments have not been received. Due to the high volume of the orders, it may at times be difficult to con-

tact you therefore; it is always advisable to contact the office to ensure that your order and payment was received.

All orders for Delivery must be received and paid for by the close of business for delivery the following day.

Any discrepancies will delay your shipment until the problem is resolved.

ITEM To make ordering products easier, use these Code numbers for ordering cases and units. GNLD PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This is the official product description for GNLD products. UNIT This column represents the products in case or singles

DISTRIBUTOR COST As a Distributor this is the cost you are invoiced when purchasing and it is inclusive of VAT. BONUS VALUE This is the dollar value that your bonus will be paid on and differs from Distributor Cost (DC). PV—POINT VALUE This is the number of points awarded for each item or case of prod-uct. Literature, sales aids and Audio Visual materials do not have a Point Value. PV is the value on which all qualifications for achievement levels, recognition and bonus levels are awarded. SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE This is the price we suggest you sell your customers the product.
