• The Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Program includes:– A Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) that aids
staff with continuing operations of essential functions in the event of a disaster
– Disaster Recovery Plans for each information technology system and service
• The WaTech Infrastructure and Application teams are working together to define next steps.

Colocation Quincy
• The Colocation Quincy Service provides data center facilities for customers who wish to locate IT equipment they own and operate in a secure, professionally managed, state-of-the art data center.
• Colocation provides space, power, cooling, connectivity, and physical and network security for the server, storage and networking equipment of WaTech customers.
• WaTech Colocation Service processes are common across locations.
