Founded in 1994, Dion Global works with 600 employees and 550 customers across 85 countries the world over.
Dion Global grew in scale with a host of acquisitions and strategic partnerships globally.
And with these acquisitions, Dion inherited a lot of infrastructure and different work cultures.
Each company was using different messaging platforms and running multiple servers.
Which resulted in mails being routed via different servers leading to delays and downtime.
