Digital Ticketing – Sending TicketsYour Celtics Parquet Pass will be pre-loaded with each game in your 2013-14 Season Ticket Plan. In the event that tickets to a specific game
need to be sent to a friend, coworker, client or other guest you can log into Celtics Account Manager to transfer those tickets. The recipient
will receive an email from which tickets can be printed or loaded onto a PID, such as a credit card.

Digital Ticketing – Entry into the ArenaUsing your Celtics Parquet Pass is just like using a traditional printed ticket. Present your card to the usher when you arrive at the TD Garden
and he/she will swipe your card and present you with a pass for each location(s) on your card.

Step 1: Log into Celtics Account Manager
To manage your season tickets, visit Celtics.com/STH and log into Account Manager using your account ID or primary email address and your
PIN (password).
Step 2: Account Manager Home PageUpon login, the Home Page provides opportunity to update account information, contact your Account Executive, make a payment to your
account, and manage your ticket package(Print, Transfer, or Donate your Tickets)

Step 3: Manage My TicketsEvents in your package can be displayed via two methods: Calendar View (default setting) & List View
•Calendar View – Each game is displayed as part of the calendar for each month
•Click on the arrow to the right of the month to choose a different month of the season
•Click on opponent to manage that particular game
•List View – Click List View to switch from the calendar view. Click on the opponent for the game you’d like to manage.

Step 4: Manage My Tickets Options Once you select the game you wish to manage, a window will appear prompting you to choose the action you’d like to take. Select email or
transfer to PID, Donate to Charity, or Print tickets
•Once the management option is selected, the checkboxes associated with the seat(s) to the game will become active. Click the checkbox for
the specific ticket(s) you wish to manage, then click done.
•The ticket(s) will now be put into your “cart”. If you wish to manage another game’s tickets you can repeat this process for that game and
add to the “cart”.
•Once you’ve added all of the games you wish to manage to your cart, click Continue above the “Calendar View/List View” links

*You can manage multiple games at once if you are taking the same action (i.e.
transferring to the same person, printing all tickets) If you wish to take separate
actions, repeat the ticket management process for each game or set of tickets
Step 5: Manage My Tickets OptionsIf you continue through each of the prompts, you will be able to complete the selected action for your tickets.
