The Stockton Kings (30-20), the NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, fell to Capital City Go-Go (25-25), the NBA G League affiliate of the Washington Wizards, 128-123 during their final game of the regular-season. Capital City tied the game with two minutes remaining to take down the playoff-bound Kings. Stockton saw their biggest lead of the game – 14 points – to begin the second quarter leading the Go-Go 38-24. In the second quarter, Capital City guard Kellen Dunham scored 19 of his 21 points. The first half ended with Stockton ahead 73-66. In the fourth quarter Stockton saw a 12-point lead at the eight-minute mark with the score at 106-94. Capital City guard Pe’shon Howard made two free throws to tie the game with 2 minutes and 20 seconds remaining in regulation. Howard followed with a three-point basket to put the Go-Go ahead for the first time since the first quarter. Capital City held on to the lead to finish the game with a win. Six of Capital City’s eight active players posted double figures tonight for the Go-Go. Center Isaiah Armwood led the team in with 22 points, 14 rebounds and six blocked shots while guard Noah Allen contributed 19 points, 14 rebounds and three assists. For Stockton, forward Troy Williams had a game-high 37 points, five rebounds, and four steals as guard Cody Demps posted a double-double with 16 points, 12 assists, and five rebounds. Forward Taren Sullivan added 22 points, eight rebounds and three assists.
