COOLING
- Climate ideal for indirect outside air adiabatic solution.
- Minimum direct outside air introduced providing positive pressurisation in to the data hall preventing the ingress of containments.
- IT cooling provided purely by a combination of mechanical ventilation and adiabatic cooling. No conventional mechanical refrigeration necessary.
- All cooling achieved with air and water.
POWER
- ESB have committed to providing a 10.75kV/10MVA supply.
- Power will be derived from the existing 110kV sub-station in Grange Castle Business Park, owned and operated by SDCC.

CONNECTIVITY
- T50 Fibre Optic Network is complete linking the Global Crossing landing point in North Dublin with the National Digital Centre at Citywest.
- T50 multi-ducts available for use by the various telecom companies to run fibre optic cable.
- A detailed fibre report has been commissioned which includes proposals from eight providers that can provide connectivity to the site.
- The T50 network passes along the Nangor Road immediately to the North of Profile Park and along the Baldonnell Road immediately to the South of the park.
