Training Courses
All of our training is hands-on since people learn best when they are fully engaged. Our standard courses serve as a bridge between strategy and implementation, helping staff to become an advocate for agile transformations.
Hands on Learning
Agile Fundamentals
Gives a team the minimum they need to get started in modern Digital Project Management by covering key concepts followed by an Agile project simulation. It’s a taster course for those who want to dip their toes into Agile. (1 day)
Scrum Core
Provides a deeper and broader coverage so that participants understand not only the practices and process of Scrum but also the mind-shift needed to get full benefits. Recommended for teams committed to adopting Scrum. (2 days)
High Performance Team
This workshop looks at techniques aimed at transforming a team from it’s current capability to a higher self managing level. Recommended for all Scrum teams new and old. (1 day)
Training Courses
For a sustainable transformation, it is critical that team members learn industry standard practices. Our intense interactive workshops are a mix of formal learning and hands-on practice.
Focused Workshops
Agile Planning
Provides understanding and practice with Agile estimation techniques. This session typically follows after the user story workshop so that teams understand the work ahead for planning. (1/2 day)
Scrum Roles
Workshop can be focused on either Scrum Master or Product Owner. This session provides both an understanding and practical hands-on experience of working in the role. (1/2 day)
User Stories
Teams learn and get hands on experience with user stories. This is critical for moving from heavy requirements documents to just-in-time requirements. (1/2 day)
