Growling Mad Scientists are Riktam Matkin and Bansi Quinteros, who regularly tour the world. They have sold over 300,000 CD’s, on over 150 releases, with 8 albums & 10 compila-tions. The Origins of G.M.S first began when Riktam and Bansi met in a Coffee Shop around the age of 14, when they both lived in Amsterdam. Both were passionate about music and parties, so the duo chose to leave school and seek their education in the dance scene. This was the early ‘90s and Amsterdam’s club/rave scene was in its infancy, and genres like Gab-ber dominated the fledgling underground culture. Two years later, Riktam and Bansi traveled to Goa and experienced a musical epiphany. They were attracted to the way that people had a good time at the parties and the way that they reacted to positively uplifting beats. When Riktam and Bansi returned to Amsterdam, one of their friends had purchased some recording equipment. Not only was their production career born, so was the name of the group. The name G.M.S. defines their music; Bansi came up with the name since one of the sounds on a synth was called a growler. After a few early singles, G.M.S. unveiled its acclai-med 1997 killer debut album, Chaos Laboratory, which was recorded with former member Sebastian Claro, who left the group after a two-year stint. In 1997, Riktam and Bansi relo-cated to the sunny island of Ibiza, where an easygoing lifestyle and rural recording studio was built. In 2000, Riktam and Bansi formed Spun Records releasing G.M.S. vs. Systembus-ters, 2002’s The Hits and the heavy pounder No Rules. 2003 saw the release of The Remi-xes a star-studded remix album featuring the biggest names in trance, including Infected Mushroom and Hallucinogen. In between their relentless tour schedule that regularly finds G.M.S. performing in Europe, Asia, South and North America, Riktam and Bansi managed to complete their seventh and latest album, Emergency Broadcast System. All of the album’s tracks have been fine-tuned at their revered live shows, and the full-length displays G.M.S. at the top of their game. They travel with two laptops, and make music while on the road. As their legion of followers grows, they’re constantly refining their live show and redefining their own style. Goa Trance scene seems like beginning to take back roots on scene. More and more a good quality production gives us a pleasure to enjoy in new creation of this, one of the oldest style of electronic music we know today. Long story shore, more or less alot of us know when the story start and which of head leaders in this sound was back in ‘90. Some of them are still here, but some of them are getting back with even old material that still shake a ground below our feet on lot of different events over the globe. No matter of slight fade in one pe-riod after year 2000 old soul in new shape is here. Artists of new wave like, Filteria, Goasia, Artifact303, E-Mantra, Afgin, Ajna, Liquid Flow, Vox, Mindsphere, Psychowave, Hypnagogia, Jikooha, etc...a long side with older forces like Astral Projection, Man With No Name, Hallu-cinogen, Green nuns Of the Revolution, MFG, Shakta, Tsuyoshi, etc, still keep this sound ali-ve from party to party. More and more people, especially of new generation, began to realize the story which this style provide. From morning moments till night vibration, this style find his perfect place in hearts of crowd.

The best thing is that promoters have opened view with goa trance and more and more events have all night Goa Trance music topic! From warm up to afterhour. For example, lets turn back on amazing event in one of the biggest clubs in Tokyo, “Ageha” which provided full Goa event, on main stage called “Arena”, not so long, in 2011, with line up of Goasia, Filteria, Tsuyoshi (With fantastic old school set) and promoter crew with

Goa trance DJ sets. Over 2000 people was hypnotized by the amazing sound of legendary 303 and beautiful melodies that provide a sense of satisfaction to belong to there. Not so long, in year 2012, 3 months back, same crew in same club trow another pure goa event with Jikooha and Goasia live as a headliner on line up. Energy was incredibly positive!!! Just week ago, June 16, 2012, GOA 604 crew had amazing full goa event in Sao Paulo also with Goasia and Psychowave as guests. Worth to be mentioned that same crew will try to release a series of events all around globe with same topic with wonderful sound of Goa Trance music. Even huge festivals find very interesting to have this outstanding sound on program. Boom festival, make a huge pleasure to lot of visitors with sound of projects like Filteria, Man With No Name, GNOTR, that marked geathering with over 20000 people like OZORA festival.

Universo Paralello festival begin first day of New Year with goa trance sound of Goasia. Eu-ropeian festivals are not out of this goa fever too. More and more of them host Goa Trance producers to play music that is closest to nature, I would dare to say that way. I think it could go on for days, and I am happy cause of that. This sound sternly can provide big presence on scene as much as the happiness which carries inside the music. It is important to deve-lop!!!

Exaile is Nir Sobol & Eyal Tzur. They arrived into trance from totally different directions. Eyal has been playing piano since he was 10 and is a graduate of Israel’s top music school - Rimon.

He also played guitar in a trash metal band. Nir started playing guitar in a metal band and then moved into electronic music while he was studying sound and production at the Yoav Gera School in Tel Aviv. Eyal and Nir have been making electronic music together since 1996.

For the first four years their band included a singer and they fused rock and electro-nic music. In 2000 they moved to trance music. Since then they enjoyed worldwide success with parties in places such as: Japan, Mexico, Portugal, India, Russia and Israel. Exaile debut album, “In Panic”, was released by Shaffel in December 2002. During this time Exaile collaborated with DJ Skazi under the name SX, with DJ Omi, with Psycho-Micro, with Paranormal Attack and with Uriel from Visual Paradox. Exaile second album: “Hit The Machine” was released in August 2004. by “Chemical Crew” In August 2006 Exaile went independent and started a new label called “Ground Breaking Music”G.B.M) along with “Tube” and “Psychotic micro”.

Exaile is now working on its 3rd album “ scream “ to be released in 11-april 2008. its a double album and the second side of it is a RMXs for old exaile tracks by azax sin-drom, bizzare contact ,sesto sento and more... Exaile also work on a new project with Psychotic Micro called “Outsiders”. The first track from this project: “Schizophrenia” was released in October 2006 in Psychotic Micro new album “Edge of Sanity”. and the first album will be released later this year ..
