The main point we is that we can get together with our local leaders and get involved in the commu-nity and do something for them. Spiced Beef Stir Fry

Total Time: 15 MinutesPrep Time: 10 MinutesCook Time: 05 Minutes

Ingredients14 ounces filet of beef2 tablespoons peanut oil1 teaspoon rice wine or 1 teaspoon dry sherry1 tablespoon soy sauce2 ounces cilantro, leaves and stalks, roughly chopped1 scallion, finely chopped

For the spicy coating

2 tablespoons ground cumin2 tablespoons dried chili pepper flakes1 tablespoon ground black pepper1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions1. Prepare the fillet of beef by hammering it with a meat cleaver or the side of a chinese meat cleaver.

2. Slice into wafer thin slices.

3. Mix all the ingredients for the spicy coating on a plate. Coat the beef in the spice mix.

4. Heat a wok or pan over a high heat and add the peanut oil.

5. Add the beef and stir fry for less than one minute until browned and tender. As the beef starts to cook, add the rice wine and season with the soy sauce and a pinch of salt.

6. Take off the heat, stir in the cilantro and scallion and serve immedi ately.

5. Sign up for personal alerts. Some search engines will automatically notify you of anynew mention of your name or other personal information.

6. Publish positive information about yourself. Create what you want other to see aboutyou.
