It is my great pleasure and honor to invite you to the 13th Congress of the Croatian Association of Digestive Surgery with international participation and 2nd Congress of the Association of Nurses/Technicians in Digestive Surgery which will take place from May 15-18, 2019 in Grand Hotel Adriatic in Opatija.
As in previous years, we are aiming to stay up to date with the selection of topics which outline our scientific and expert work. I believe we will succeed this time around as well. It is our desire and interest to create a basis for successful treatment of our patients through the exchange of knowledge and experience. Therefore, we invite you to participate in this Congress activities.
The Organizing Committee and administrative authorities of CADS will put a maximum effort in the organization of the conference, which will, apart from actual work, offer opportunities for relaxation and affirmation of professional relationships and friendships.
We will not give up on the tradition of inviting young colleagues, the resident doctors, to present their projects and will allow them to participate in the conference free of charge.

By returning this signed Sponsorship and Exhibition Form, you agree to be a non-exclusive sponsor and/or exhibitor of the 13th Congress of the Croatian Association of Digestive Surgery and 2nd Congress of the Association of Nurses/Technicians in Digestive Surgery which will take place from May 15-18, 2019 in Opatija on the following terms and conditions set out below.

After your payment, please send the payment receipt to the Agency. CANCELLATIONIf the sponsor wants to cancel or change the details of his reservations, he must notify the congress agency BTravel in writing.
