temperature. We say objects that have a high temperature are hot and objects with a low temperature are cold. 

Mechanical EnergyMechanical Energy is the energy of motion

that does the work like the wind turbines/wind mill say that energy can be neither created or destroyed, but it can change back and forth between forms.

Electrical EnergyElectrical Energy is when motion, light or

heatis produced by an electrical current like theelectric coils on your stove.

"work" it does. Potential Energy is stored energy. Examples of potential energy are oil sitting in a barrel, or water in a lake in the mountains. This energy is referred to as potential energy, because if it were released, it would do a lot of work.
