• Il presente manuale è parte integrante della fornitura e dovrà quindi essere conservato in luogo noto, facilmen-te accessibile, in buone condizioni, per tutta la vita operativa della macchina. Il suo fine, è la trasmissione delleinformazioni necessarie all’uso competente e sicuro del prodotto.

In caso di deterioramento o più semplicemente per ragioni di approfondimento tecnico ed operativo, consultaredirettamente l’ufficio tecnico del Costruttore.

• Gli argomenti trattati, sono destinati, in via esclusiva, ad utenza specializzata, quindi competente e in gradodi interagire con il prodotto in condizioni di sicurezza per le persone, la macchina e l’ambiente, interpretandoun’elementare diagnostica dei guasti e delle condizioni di funzionamento anomalo, compiendo semplici opera-zioni di verifica e manutenzione, nel massimo rispetto delle prescrizioni oggetto delle pagine a seguire e delleNorme di Sicurezza e Salute vigenti.

PRELIMINARY

• The present manual is an integral part of the supply itself, therefore it will have to be kept in a well-knownplace, easily accessible, in good state, for the whole operative life of the machine. Its aim is the divulgation ofthe necessary information to the qualified and safe use of the product.

In case of deterioration or more simply for further technical and operative investigations, directly contact theManufacturer’s Technical Department.

• The topics, which are dealt with in the present manual, have been exclusively meant for qualified users, that isto say, skilled people who are able to interact with the product in safety conditions for the people and theenvironment, interpreting an elementary diagnostics of failures and anomalous working conditions, by carryingout simple inspection operations and maintenance, in the highest respect of the prescriptions, which are theobject of the following pages and of the safety and health regulations in force.

• Before carrying out each intervention, read with the utmost attention, and be sure to have fully understoodthe content of the present publication.

• The use of the machine by several operators (one by one), imply the absolute necessity to carefully examinethe use and maintenance manual, by each of them.

• Unter Beachtung der CENELEC Norm EN 50419,WEEE (Elektro- und Elektronikalt-/schrottgeräte)wird darauf hingewiesen, dass dieses Gerät nachseiner Außerbetriebsetzung nicht mit demgemischten Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf, sondernder Mülltrennung unterliegt.

• Das Gerät muss den entsprechendenWertstoffannahmestellen zugeführt oder demHändler bzw. Hersteller zurückgegeben werden,falls es sich um ein neugekauftes Gerät handelt.

• Das Verbot, das Gerät mit dem normalen Hausmüll zuentsorgen, wird durch das unten aufgeführte (und aufdem Gerät angebrachten) Symbol verdeutlicht.

• Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte können bei falscherEntsorgung der Umwelt und der menschlichenGesundheit schaden.

• Bei unsachgemäßer Entsorgung werden die vomElektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz (ElektroG)(Deutschland) vorgesehenen Sanktionenangewandt.

• En cumplimiento de la norma CENELEC EN 50419sobre residuos de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicosRAEE, se comunica que el aparato, una vez sea defi-nitivamente puesto fuera de servicio, no deberá sertratado como residuo urbano común, pues está sujetoa recogida diferenciada.

• El aparato deberá ser entregado a centros de reco-gida RAEE, o devuelto al distribuidor o fabricanteen caso de compra de un nuevo aparato.

• La prohibición de tratar el aparato como residuo ur-bano común está señalada por el símbolo queabajo se representa (y que está aplicado sobre elaparato).

• Los RAEE (Residuos de Aparatos Eléctricos y Electró-nicos) pueden dañar el ambiente y la salud humana sisu eliminación es incorrecta.

• En caso de eliminación abusiva del residuo, se apli-carán las sanciones recogidas en el art. 16 del De-creto Legislativo italiano n° 151 del 25/07/2005.

• Dans le respect de la norme CENELEC EN 50419, surles déchets d’appareillages électriques et électroniques:D3E, nous communiquons qu’au moment du démantèle-ment de l’appareil, celui-ci ne pourra pas être éliminé par-mi les déchets urbains mélangés, mais devra être sou-mis à un ramassage séparé.

• L’appareil devra être remis aux centres de ramassa-ge spéciaux D3E ou bien au distributeur ou fabricanten cas d’acquisition d’un appareil neuf.

• L’interdiction d’éliminer l’appareil parmi les déchetsurbains mélangés est mis en évidence par le symbo-le ci-dessous (appliqué sur l’appareil).

• DEEE peuvent endommager l’environnement et lasanté si ils viennent éliminés avec les les déchetsmunicipaux non triés.

• En cas d’élimination abusive, les sanctions indiquéespar l’art. 16 du Décret Législatif n° 151 du 25/07/2005seront appliquées.

• Nel rispetto della norma CENELEC EN 50419, sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche: RAEE, sirende noto che al momento della dismissione dell’apparecchiatura, essa non potrà essere smaltita tra i rifiutiurbani misti, ma sarà assoggettata a raccolta differenziata.

• L’apparecchiatura dovrà essere consegnata agli appositi centri di raccolta RAEE, oppure riconsegnata aldistributore o costruttore nel caso di acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura.

• Il divieto di smaltire l’apparecchiatura tra i rifiuti urbani misti, è evidenziato dal simbolo sottoriportato (applicatosull’apparecchiatura stessa).

• I RAEE (Rifiuti di Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche) possono danneggiare l’ambiente e la saluteumana se smaltiti in maniera errata.

• In caso di smaltimento abusivo, verranno applicate le sanzioni indicate all’art. 16 del Decreto Legislativo n° 151del 25/07/2005.

• With respect to the CENELEC EN 50419 Standard,regarding waste electrical and electronic equipment:WEEE, we must notify that from when theappliance is dismantled, it cannot be disposed ofamong mixed municipal waste, but must be subjectto selective waste collection.

• The appliance must be delivered to relative WEEEcollection centres, or re-consigned to the distributoror manufacturer if a new appliance is purchased.

• The prohibition to dispose of the appliance amongmixed municipal waste is highlighted by the symbolshown below (applied to the appliance itself).

• WEEE can be a damage for the environment andfor the health, if wrongly disposed.

• The sanctions indicated in art.16 of Legislative Decreen° 151 dated 25/07/2005 will be applied in the case ofabusive disposal.

INTRODUCTION• Ce manuel fait partie de la fourniture, c’est pourquoi il devra être gardé en un lieu connu des intéressés, d’accès facile

et en bonnes conditions pendant toute la vie opérationnelle de la machine. Il a été rédigé pour donner des informationsnécessaires à l’emploi compétent et sûr du produit.S’il devait s’abîmer ou plus simplement si les opérateurs avaient besoin d’approfondissements techniques et pratiques,consulter directement le service technique du Fabricant.

• Les arguments traités sont destinés en exclusivité à des opérateurs spécialisés, compétents et donc capables d’interagiravec le produit dans des conditions de sécurité pour les personnes et l’environnement en interprétant un diagnosticélémentaire des pannes et des conditions de fonctionnement anormal, en exécutant de simples opérations de vérificationet d’entretien, dans le plus grand respect des prescriptions objet des pages suivantes et des Normes de Sécurité et deSanté en vigueur.

• Avant toute intervention, lire très attentivement le contenu de cette publication et s’assurer de bien l’avoir compris.• L’utilisation de la machine de la part de plusieurs opérateurs (individuellement), prévoit la nécessité absolue que

chacun des opérateurs prenne attentivement en examen le manuel d’utilisation et d’entretien.• Le Fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommage, quelle que soit sa nature, provoqué par un emploi non

und dem Bedienungspersonal bekannten Ort aufbewahrt und für die gesamte Lebensdauer der Maschine in gutemZustand erhalten werden. In ihm findet der Betreiber alle für den sachkundigen Betrieb der Maschine unter Beachtungder Sicherheitsanforderungen erforderlichen Informationen.Sollte das Handbuch beschädigt worden sein oder bei Rückfragen hinsichtlich der technischen und betrieblichenAspekte ist direkt die technische Abteilung des Herstellers zu konsultieren.

9. DEMANTELEMENT -MISE A LAFERRAILLE

REMARQUE - A la fin de la vieopérationnelle de la machine, sil’on doit procéder à sa démolition,agir de la manière suivante :

1) démonter les différentsgroupes et les séparerles parties en fonctiondu type de matériau.

2) Contacter une sociétéautorisée (et certifiée)pour le retrait etl’élimination desmatériaux,conformément auxréglementations envigueur surl’élimination desproduits industriels so-lides.

9. AUSSERBETRIEB-SETZUNG -VERSCHROTTUNG

HINWEIS - Soll die Maschine amEnde ihrer Betriebslebensdauerverschrottet werden:

1) die verschiedenen Grup-pen ausbauen und dieeinzelnen Teilen derMaterialar t entspre-chend entsorgen.

2) Ein autorisiertes (undzertifiziertes) Unter-nehmen mit der Abho-lung und Entsorgungdes Materials beauftra-gen, welches die Ma-terialien gemäß dengeltenden Vorschriftenzur Entsorgung der fe-sten Industrieabfälleentsorgt.

9. PUESTA FUERA DESERVICIO -DESGUACE

NOTA - Al finalizar la vidaoperativa de la máquina, para sudesguace, es necesario procederde la manera siguiente:

1) desmontar los variosgrupos y separar laspartes en función deltipo de material aeliminar.

2) Encargar a unaempresa autorizada (ycertificada) para queefectúe la recogida yeliminación de losmaterialesconformemente a lasnormativas en vigorconcernientes laeliminación deproductos industrialessólidos.

9. DISMISSIONE - ROTTAMAZIONE

NOTA - Al termine della vita operativa della macchina,nel caso si debba procedere alla sua demolizione:

1) smontare i vari gruppi e scomporli, sepa-rando le singole parti in funzione del tipo dimateriale.

2) Incaricare una ditta autorizzata (e certifi-cata) per il ritiro e lo smaltimento dei mate-riali, in conformità alle vigenti normative sullosmaltimento dei prodotti industriali solidi.

9. DEMOLITION

NOTE - In case of demolition at the end of the ma-chine operating cycle, procede as follows:

1) disassemble and strip the different com-ponents and systems, separating the sin-gle elements according to their material.

2) Contact the authorised (certified) com-pany for the withdrawal and disposal of allmaterials, in compliance with the Law inforce on solid waste disposal.

5.2.1 REMPLACEMENTDE LA SCIE

Le remplacement de l’outildoit être effectué en utili-

sant un gant de protection.

• Enlever la plaquette angulaire (A)du guide-lame mobile.

• Enlever le carter de protection (B).• Tourner le levier (C) vers la posi-

tion “–”;• Extraire la lame (D).• Introduire la nouvelle lame, en

prêtant attention au sens de dé-coupage et en la plaçant avanttout entre les rouleaux guide-lameet en suite entre les poulies encaoutchouc (E).

• Tourner le levier (C) vers la posi-

tion “+”.• Dès que le levier (C) atteint sa fin

de course, la lame se place auto-matiquement dans la position dedécoupage aux premiers tours dumoteur.

• Remonter le carter (B) et laplaquette (A) du guide-lame mo-bile.

Pendant les 4-6 premiersdécoupages (après le rem-

placement de la lame), exercerdes pressions de découpageréduites de façon à augmenter,par la suite, la durée et l’efficaci-té de la lame.

• Den Hebel (C) bis zumEndanschlag drehen. Dann stelltsich das Blatt automatisch in derSchnittposition bei den erstenMotordrehungen.

• Die Abdeckung (B) und die Platte(A) der beweglichen Blattführungwieder anbringen.

Bei den ersten 4-6 Schnitten(nach Blattersetzung) nur

einen leichten Schnittdruckausüben, damit die Lebensdauerund die Leistungsfähigkeit desBlattes selbst erhöht werden.

5.2.1 SUSTITUCIÓN DE LACUCHILLA

do cuidado al sentido de corte yponiéndola antes entre los rodil-los guíacuchilla y después entrelas poleas de goma (31).

• Rodar la palanca (29) hacia la po-

sición “+”.• Llegando con la palanca (29) a fin

carrera, la hoja podrá pararse au-tomáticamente en la posición decorte a las primeras vueltas delmotor.

• Volver a montar el cárter (28) y laplaquita (27) del guíacuchillamóvil.

Durante los primeros 4-6cortes (después de la susti-

tución de la cuchilla) ejercer pre-siones de corte limitadas, de ma-nera que, después, la duración yla eficacia de la hoja aumenten.

a finecorsa, la lama si por-rà automaticamente nellaposizione di taglio ai pri-mi giri del motore.

• Rimontare il carter (B) ela piastrina (A) del guida-lama.

• La macchina oggetto del presente manuale, è stataprogettata, realizzata e protetta per il taglio mediantesega a nastro, in modo stazionario, di materiali me-tallici di ogni natura fino ad un diametro o spessoremassimi di 105 mm.

Ogni altro impiego non è considerato dal Co-struttore il quale si esime pertanto, da qualsi-

asi responsabilità per danni di ogni natura, genera-ti da un impiego non previsto della macchina.

È vietato lavorare pezzi in magnesio e materialicontenenti componenti tossici, infiammabili,esplosivi.

1.6 PURPOSE AND APPLICATION• The machine object of the present manual was de-

signed, manufactured and patented for the metal cut-ting (in stationary mode) with a maximum diameter of105 mm by band saw.

The manufacturer’s liability is limited solelyto the replacement of the defective product.

The manufacturer is not liable for incidentalor consequential damages incurred as a result ofmisuse of the equipment outside the normalrecommendations.It is strictly forbidden to work magnesiumworkpieces and any material containing toxic,inflammable or explosive elements.

MANUTENZIONE5.

5.1 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA

Ogni fine lavoro: pulire accuratamente ogni parte della macchina, rimuovendo trucioli e limatura da taglio.

Non utilizzare detergenti infiammabili, per la normale pulizia della macchina.

• Smaltire i residui di lavorazione nel rispetto della normativa vigente.

Ogni 80 ore di lavoro:

• verificare il corretto serraggio di tutte le viti aventi “importanza meccanica”.• Controllare la lunghezza e la buona efficienza delle spazzole del motore elettrico: se la loro lunghezza doves-

se risultare inferiore a 6 mm occorrerà sostituirle con altre identiche.

NOTA - La trasmissione ad ingranaggi non necessita di alcuna manutenzione in quanto lavora con lubrificantiLONG LIFE.

5.1 MAINTENANCE ORDINAIRE

Au terme de chaque cycle de travail : nettoyer soi-gneusement chaque partie de la machine en enlevantles copeaux et les limailles de découpage.

Ne pas utiliser de nettoyants inflammables pourle nettoyage normal de la machine.

5.1 REGELMÄSSIGE WARTUNG

1.7 PRECAUZIONI GENERALI

• Accertarsi sempre ed in via preventiva, di averecompreso il contenuto del manuale e di non nutrirealcun dubbio sulle informazioni in esso riportate.

• Verificare in via preventiva il rispetto delle norme mi-nimali di sicurezza, piazzamento ed operatività, rile-vando condizioni ambientali, temperatura, umidità, il-luminazione, vibrazioni, polveri di sospensione e ido-neità degli spazi da occupare.

• Delimitare le aree operative e la postazione dell’ope-ratore, prevedendo ingombri razionali e sufficienti aproduzione, manutenzione e disimpegno, nel massi-mo rispetto delle prescrizioni di sicurezza raccoman-date dalla ditta MARPOL.

• Controllare sempre ed in via preventiva, chele condizioni ambientali e produttive in prossimitàdell’area operativa, non costituiscano ostacoloalle normali operazioni di uso e manutenzione.

• La sega può operare in ambienti esterni (cantieri,spazi aperti in genere, ecc...) od interni (officine, la-boratori, ecc...) ove non sussistano pericoli di esplo-sione o incendio.

• Verificare che l’avvio del ciclo produttivo non inne-schi situazioni di pericolo per persone e/o cose.

• Non rimuovere o deteriorare le targhette poste sullamacchina; è necessario riconoscerne il significato emantenerne leggibile il messaggio. In caso di deterio-ramento provvedere con urgenza alla sostituzione,rivolgendosi direttamente ed in via esclusiva all’As-sistenza Tecnica autorizzata.

• L’uso di ricambistica non rispondente alle caratteri-stiche di seguito ripor tate, le modifiche o lemanomissioni anche lievi, esimono il Costruttore daqualsiasi responsabilità relativa a buon uso, correttofunzionamento ed incolumità per persone e/o cose.

• E’ tassativamente vietato manomettere apparecchia-ture e/o dispositivi di sicurezza.

• Prima dell’uso, controllare che la superficie d’ap-poggio della macchina risulti piana, di adeguata resi-stenza e di sufficiente ergonomia.

• Per approfondimenti tecnici, rivolgersi in via esclu-siva alla ditta MARPOL.

1.7 GENERAL PRECAUTIONS• Make sure to understand all the instructions contained

in the present manual before attempting to use themachine.

• The saw may operate outdoors (work sites, openspaces in general, etc.) or indoors (workshops,laboratories, etc.) where there is no risk of explosionor fire.

• Always make sure that the start of equipmentoperation does not create a hazardous situation forpeople or objects.

• Do not remove or damage the information plates onthe machine; you must recognize their meaning andkeep the message legible. Should they deteriorate,replace immediately, contacting only an authorizedTechnical Service directly.

• The use of spares that do not respond to thespecifications listed below, changes or tampering -however slight - shall exempt the manufacturer fromany responsibility regarding the proper use, functioningand safety of people and/or property.

• It is strictly forbidden to tamper with safetyequipment and/or devices.

• Before using the equipment, make sure that thesurface where the machine will be placed is flat,sufficiently sturdy and ergonomical.

5. INSTRUCTIONS

5. ADVERTENCIAS

• Vor dem Einsatz stets kontrollieren,dass die Umgebungs- undArbeitsbedingungen in der Nähe desArbeitsbereiches keine Hindernisse fürden normalen Betrieb und Wartung derMaschine bilden.

• Die Säge kann sowohl im Freien(Baustellen, offene Orte im allgemeinen,etc...) wie auch drinnen (Werkstätten,Labors, etc...) benutzt werden, überalldort, wo keine Explosions- oderBrandgefahr besteht.

• Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, daß derAnlauf der Verarbeitung keine Gefahr fürPersonen bzw. Sachen bereitet.

• Die Schilder auf der Maschine nichtabnehmen oder beschädigen: man mußderen Bedeutung immer erkennenkönnen und die Aufschrift sollte immerleserlich bleiben. Andernfalls sind dieSchilder sofort auszutauschen, wobeiSie sich direkt und ausschließlich an denzuständigen Kundendienst wendensollten.

• Bezug bei nicht den folgenden Normenentsprechenden Ersatzteilhändlern, aberauch minimale Veränderungen oderÖffnen der Maschine, entheben denHersteller jeglicher Verantwortunghinsichtlich richtigem Einsatz,einwandfreier Funktion undUnversehrtheit von Personen und/oderDingen.

• Es ist strikt verboten, Apparate und/oder Sicherheitsvorrichtungen zu öffnen.

• Vor der Benutzung kontrollieren, ob dieAuflagefläche der Maschine eben ist,genügend tragfähig und ergonomischgünstig.

• Um technische Informationen zuerhalten, wenden Sie sich bitteausschließlich an die Firma MARPOL.

1.7 PRECAUCIONESGENERALES

• Delimitar las áreas operativas y elpuesto de trabajo del operador,calculando un espacio suficiente parapoder efectuar las tareas de produccióny mantenimiento en el pleno respeto delas prescripciones recomendadas porMARPOL.

• Comprobar siempre que lascondiciones ambientales y productivasentorno al área de producción noobstaculizen las normales tareas de usoy mantenimiento.

• La sierra puede obrar en ambientesexternos (terreno para edificar, espaciosabiertos en general, etc.) o internos(talleres, laboratorios, etc.) donde noexistan peligros de explosión o incendio.

• Averiguar que el arranque del cicloproductivo no origine situaciones depeligro para personas y/o cosas.

• No desplazar o deteriorar las plaquetasposicionadas sobre la máquina; esnecesario conocer su significado ymantener el mensaje legible. En caso dedeterioro, sustituir con urgencia,dirigiéndose directamente yexclusivamente a la Asistencia Técnicaautorizada.

• El empleo de piezas de repuesto queno correspondan a las característicassiguientes, las modificaciones o lasmanumisiones aunque leves, exoneranel Constructor de cualquierresponsabilidad relativa al buen empleo,correcto funcionamiento e incolumidad depersonas y/o cosas.

• Es absolutamente vedado manumitiraparatos y/o dispositivos de seguridad.

• Antes del uso , controlar que lasuperficie de apoyo de la máquina resultellana, de resistencia apropiada y seasuficientemente ergonómica.

• En el caso de necesitar aclaracionestécnicas, se ruega dirigirseexclusivamente a la empresaMARPOL.

1.7 PRECAUTIONSGENERALES

• Contrôler toujours et à titre préventif,si les conditions ambiantes et deproduction à proximité de la zoneopérationnelle, ne constituent aucunobstacle à l’exercice normal desopérations d’utilisation et de maintenance.

• La scie peut opérer dans des milieuxexternes (chantiers, espaces en plein airen général, etc.) ou bien internes (ateliers,laboratoires, etc.) où il n’y a pas dedangers d’explosion ou d’incendie.

• S’assurer que le démarrage du cycle deproduction n’amorce pas des situationsde danger pour les personnes et/ou leschoses.

• Ne pas enlever ou détériorer lesplaquettes placées sur la machine; il estnécessaire de bien comprendre leursignification et de préserver la lisibilité dumessage. En cas de détérioration, lesremplacer tout de suite en s’adressantdirectement et exclusivement auxtechniciens autorisés du Service Après-Vente.

• L’emploi de pièces détachées nonayant les caractéristiques ci-dessous,les modifications ou les altérations mêmelégères, soulèvent le Constructeur detoute responsabilité relative à bon emploi,correct fonctionnement et sécurité pourpersonnes et/ou choses.

• Il est formellement interdit d’altérer lesappareillages et/ou les dispositifs desécurité.

• Avant de l’utiliser, contrôler que lasurface d’appui de la machine est plate,de résistance adéquate et suffisammentergonomique.

5. CAUTION• The first time it is started, the machine will be fairly

noisy, due to the normal breaking-in stage of thetransmission gears. This noise will disappear afterapproximately 8 machine hours; in any case, themeasurable noise level is equal to and not greaterthan 78 dbA.

• Per la manutenzione ordinaria, non utilizzare asso-lutamente, liquidi, detergenti, diluenti, solventi, ecc...

• È tassativamente vietato manomettere apparecchia-ture, organi di governo e dispositivi di sicurezza.

• Utilizzare esclusivamente seghe a nastro indicatedal Costruttore.

• Avvertire il responsabile di reparto, in caso difunzionamento irregolare.

• Non avviare la macchina se è stata riscontrataqualche avaria.

• Leggere attentamente i passi del manuale alle voci“IMPORTANTE” e “ATTENZIONE”.

• Conservare questa edizione per futuri riferimenti.

È assolutamente vietato lavorare materiali in-fiammabili (es.: tubi con residui di qualsiasicombustibile, gas o diluenti). Non operare inprossimità di recipienti o condutture dove sia-no presenti prodotti di questo tipo.

1.8 WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS• Only qualified personnel may be permitted to start-

up, maintain and operate the machine.

• Do not operate the machine in flammable or harmfulatmospheres, where gases depletion or enrichmentmay occur.

• The manufacturer is not liable for incidental orconsequential damages resulting from modifications,alterations, use of non original components or othercomponents that do not conform to the standards ofquality and the electrical and mechanical featuresdefined by the manufacturer. The manufacturer willnot be liable or held responsible in any way for misuseor noncompliance with these recommandations.

• Always indicate the machine model and serialnumber in your request for information or servicing.

• Make sure that the machine has a proper wallautomatic safety switch allowing to turn off theequipment in case of emergency.

• Never use liquids, detergents, diluents, solvents, etc.,for ordinary maintenance operations.

• Do not alter any equipment, control or safetydevice.

• Use only the band saws recommended by themanufacturer.

• Inform the department manager in case ofmalfunctioning.

• Do not start-up the machine in case of failure.

• Read carefully the “IMPORTANT” and “WARNING”sections of the user manual.

• Retain this copy for future reference.

Do not work on workpiece containingflammable materials (e.g.: pipes with fuel,gas or diluent residuals). Do not work nearcontainers or ducts which hold such products.

• In dieser Phase sind dievorschriftsmäßige Zugänglichkeitdes Startknopfes (8) und desGeschwindigkeitsreglers (9) zuüberprüfen, sowie der freie Blickauf das Werkzeug, das Umfeldund das Untergestell der Maschineund deren ausreichendeBeleuchtung.

Es ist strikt verboten, die Sägein Umgebungen aufzustellen

und/oder zu benutzen, in denenExplosions- oder Brandgefahrherrschen.Es ist verboten, die Säge für andereTätigkeiten als diejenigen vomHersteller vorgesehenen einzusetzen.Überprüfen, ob der Betrieb der Sägenicht zu gefährlichen Situationen fürPersonen und/oder Dingen führenkönnte. Sollten Betriebsstörungenauftreten, so ist die Maschine sofortzu stoppen und die Gründeherauszufinden und/oder die Art derStörung. Falls nötig, wenden Siesich bitte an den autorisiertenKundendienst.Es ist strikt verboten, die vom Herstellerangegebene Schnittleistung zuüberschreiten.

UTILISATION PRATIQUE4. OPERATIVER EINSATZ4. USO OPERATIVO4.

4.1 PRELIMINARES A LA FASEDE ARRANQUE

Determinar antes las dimen-siones y su disposición esta-

blece una relación de seguridad in-dispensable entre las operacionesde posicionamiento, ejercicio, manio-bras de emergencia y entorno. Esaconsejable respectarlas desde lasfases preliminares a la de corte.

• Apoyar la máquina sobre un bancode dimensiones y robustez apropi-adas (bajo la base hay cuatroagujeros fileteados para una posi-ble fijación de la máquina).

• Desplazar la palanca de seguridad(2).

• Levantar la máquina por el puño; enesta posición no tendría que bajar,en caso contrario atornillar un pocoel tornillo (17) que actúa directamen-te sobre el embrague interior al gru-po de rotación y levantamiento.

• Asegurarse que la máquina se en-cuentre alineada respecto a la esca-la graduada (18), según la inclina-ción de corte escogida.

• Asegurarse que la tuerca (19) estébloqueada.

Antes de introducir el enchu-fe, asegurarse que la tensión

de la línea corresponda al voltaje in-dicado sobre la máquina.

• Montar el elemento sujeta-pieza(20), bloqueándolo con el tornillo sincabeza (21).

• Aflojar el pomo (22).• Hacer deslizar la varilla (23), fijan-

do la longitud de corte deseada.• Bloquear con fuerza el pomo (22).• Fijar la velocidad de corte actuando

4.1 PRÉLIMINAIRES À LAPHASE DE DÉMARRAGE

4.1 PRELIMINARI ALLA FASE DI AVVIAMENTO

La determinazio-ne preventiva de-

• Appoggiare la macchi-na su un banco di di-mensioni e robustezzaadeguate (sotto al ba-samento sono ricavatiquattro fori filettati perun eventuale fissaggiodella macchina).

• Spostare la leva di sicurezza (2).• Sollevare la macchina tramite l’impugnatura; in questa

posizione non dovrebbe scendere, in caso contrario avvi-tare leggermente la vite (17) che agisce direttamente sullafrizione interna al gruppo di rotazione e sollevamento.

• Accertarsi che la macchina si trovi allineata rispettoalla scala graduata (18) a seconda dell’inclinazionedi taglio prescelta.

• Accertarsi che il dado (19) sia bloccato.

Prima di inserire la spina, accertarsi che latensione della linea corrisponda al voltaggio

indicato sulla macchina.

• Montare l’elemento ferma-pezzo (20), bloccandolo conla vite senza testa (21).

• Allentare il pomello (22).• Far scorrere l’asta (23), determinando la lunghezza

di taglio desiderata.• Bloccare con forza il pomello (22).• Impostare la velocità di taglio agendo sul regolatore

(9); predisporre l’avanzamento della lama in funzionedel materiale da tagliare.

• Make sure that the nut (19) is tight.

Before plugging the machine in, make surethat the line voltage corresponds to the voltage

indicated on the machine.

• Mount the piece holder (20), tightening by means ofthe headless screws (21).

• Loosen the knob (22).• Slide the rod (23) to determine the desired cutting

length.• Tighten the knob (22) securely.• Set the cutting speed using the regulator (9); set the

blade advancement based on the material to be cut.
