29th September Tuesday◦ I liked that day because swimming is my passion and we swam that day so I felt

very nice. We were at the beach. After swimming, we went to a restaurant so I tried kebab with chicken and I really liked it. Now we are at home, and we are playing the Monopoly with Paris and his friends. This is my favorite board game so I'm very happy.

30th September Wednesday ◦We programmed Lego robots today and then participated in lessons. I don't like

going to school so I'm really happy when we went home. Paris told me that I must put on my swimsuit because we were going to his friend - Charalambos, to swim in his swimming pool. I was surprised because this pool was really big. We tried traditional Cypriot meat - souvlaki. I really liked it and I want this meat to be eaten so eagerly in Poland as well. I also met a fantastic girl Evridika with whom I spent a nice time. We came back home late in the evening and we went to bed.

1st October Thursday◦ That day we didn't go to school so I could sleep a bit longer. I was in a restaurant

with the family. Yesterday, I tried souvlaki so that day I wanted to try something new. I ate traditional Cypriot cheese. We were on the main shopping street in Nicosia but I didn't want to buy anything so we went home and I was little bored. I hoped that the next day would be better.

2nd October Friday◦ I liked that day very much. Why? Because of the beach and sea. I really enjoyed my

ice cream because the shop assistant, a really nice man, gave us 6 scoops of ice cream instead of 3 for which we paid. It was really nice of him. After we ate our ice creams, we went for lunch. When we got home I was really happy because I got a sweatshirt from Paris' mom. After lunch we were on the birthday party of Marina. She had a birthday cake with the Peppa Pig drawn on it. Now I'm sitting with Mhidia in our room.

3rd and 4th October 2015 Saturday, Sunday

◦Waking up on Saturday morning, I thought this would be the best weekend of my life, but as it turned out we were  doing nothing interesting. We were in the restaurant on Saturday and I thought that the situation would change but nothing exciting happened and we stayed at home almost all day. Sunday was nearly the same as the previous day - nothing happened except I met with Alicja and Zuzia in the cafe. The boys talked with each other so we had time to talk. Now I'm sitting in the room and I am a little worried because I wanted this weekend to turn out to be better.

5th October Monday◦Waking up in the morning I realized that there were only three days to go left. That

day passed fairly quickly at the school. We had Lego workshops, programmed robots and designed our robots. When we got home we ate lunch and we walked the dog. I talked to Paris and we returned home. Then I had time off and then we drove to Petros' home. There I met Alicja and we had time to talk. I became little closer with Petros and his lovely sister. After dinner we went home and we were watching TV - I did not understand a single word.

6th October Tuesday◦ That day - it was shopping time - something that I like most. We visited many

shops, and we spent most of our free time in one of them. At school we received certificates for finishing our Lego course. When we got home, we sat together with Mhidia and we had an amazing afternoon. Mhidia turned out to be very pleasant person. We talked until late at night and really liked her. At the end of the day I started to pack my luggage and say goodbye to the family. I will miss Mhidia with whom I spent most of my time in Cyprus. I was a bit sad but still I was glad I was going back to Poland.
