DH Enterprises, LLC helps homeowners and property management companies make the proper construction decisions concerning damage, pricing, products andservices. We offer total services to get your property back to whole, and we have had extensive experience in major rehabilitations, residential and commercial roofing and temporary repairs.
We also realize that any construction project can be costly, and we have developed methods to keep project costs down. For instance, where insurance comes into effect, we have insurance claim specialists who work with your insurance company to assist in handling your claim. We work with several major insurance companies including Citizens, Allstate, and State Farm regarding catastrophic events such as HURRICANE, WIND, TORNADO, HAIL, FIRE and FLOOD damage.
Attorneys/Public adjusters charge up to 35% of the total claim, but our services are included as part of the restoration rebuilding process. If needed we have partner vendors able to provide appraisal/ umpire services.

Dwayne Henry represents over 30 years in the construction business. His past history includes establishing and maintaining relationships with over 60 property managers, real estate professionals, and insurance adjustors. Within the last 10 years, with over 3500 completed construction jobs and millions of dollars in claims, Dwayne and his team have made things happened for a multitude of satisfied customers.

Dillon brings in excess of 5 years experience in the construction business. He serves as both an account manager and project manager. He brings vast experience in managing large scale endeavors. He is currently working on CE courses for his insurance adjuster license.. He began as a laborer in residential construction at the age of 15. Dillon is very personable, extremely loyal and dedicated and has excellent customer service as well as people skills. His ability to multi-task and keep all parties informed has proven to be invaluable to the entire construction team.

She currently conducts workshops and seminars for physician’s and their billing staff as well as the Texas Medical Association. She is a Certified Training Generalist.

Brigitte Castille brings over 15 years experience tracking expenses utilizing QuickBooks for major construction jobs. She is very instrumental in tracking and reporting multiple job costs which include multiple projects. Brigi handles all invoicing and is an expert at handling the daily, tedious job costs and reports associated with each project. Dwayne and Brigi developed a professional 10 year relationship while both working with a prior construction firm. Brigitte holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is extremely valued and absolutely a ray of sunshine everyday. She has proven to be extremely valuable and well respected by the entire construction team and our customers.

Andre’ Pruitt brings multiple years experience in the construction industry. He serves as both an account managerand project manager ensuring correct materials are ordered and arrive timely at the job site, responsible for implementing a timeline for the crews, acting as liaison between the crew and the Senior Account Manager/owner. His knowledge base also extends to metal building/welding and ranch construction services. Andre’ can tackle anything from fencing to total construction! Part of his skill sets include, estimating livestock values for insurance companies. He has excellent people skills and his loyalty and commitment make him truly an asset to his customers and the entire construction team.

THE SETTLEMENT OF YOUR CLAIMThe first step after notifying your insurance agent of the claim is to agree on thescope and pricing. We will partner with your assigned estimator after we havebeen retained as your contractor. We will work closely with your adjuster to ensure that they will cover every detail to restore the properly to a pre-losscondition. After the claim is agreed upon, your adjuster issues a check for all or part of the job. When you select DH Enterprises, LLC, you will sign a contract with us. All repairs are made according to the scope that all parties have agreed to.
GETTING STARTEDWhen the contract or work authorization is signed and the down payment orfirst draft is received, a staff member from our production department will walk the job with you before beginning restoration.
PAYMENTWe will accept your insurance draft or personal check as payment.
MORTGAGE COMPANY ENDORSEMENTSCall our office and we will make arrangements with your mortgage companyregarding endorsements, payment schedules, inspections, affidavits and allother necessary documents required. We work with almost all mortgage companies on a daily basis as a service to our clients.
SUPPLEMENTSAny work not discovered during the initial estimation process is called a supplement to repairs. Our office staff will work with your adjuster to ensure the extra work is covered and will be paid for.
BETTERMENTS, IMPROVEMENTS, ADDITIONAL WORKShould you want to upgrade or have other changes you wish to make, now is a good time to make changes. At the time of a loss, the cost of upgrading certain items is typically much lower than replacing them at a later date.
