Change Management Task Force Mission

• Provide a Technology Adoption Change Management Framework, including components necessary to move an organization from present state through HIT implementation transition, to a transformed state post implementation.

Change Management Case Studies

• Publish series of 6-8 change management case studies that recognize the role of clinical and business intelligences in a Meaningful Use environment and align with the HIMSS Technology Adoption Framework.
