Where the quality & quantity is uniformed. Then after the effluent is taken to Neutralization tank. Where the effluent is neutral and added Polyelectrolyte and Alum for better flocculation. From there the effluent is filtered in filter bed. After that, the clear effluent is taken in primary clarifier. Where the sludge is settled down. The clear effluent is then taken to Aeration tank. Where the organic material is decomposed by micro organism in presence of oxygen. In this way the COD & BOD are reduced. From there, the effluent is taken to secondary clarifier. The sludge is settled to the bottom of clarifier. Which is either recycle to aeration tank or discharged to sludge drying bed as per process requirements. From there the effluent is taken to collection tank. After that, the effluent is passed to send filter & carbon column where S.S & color is removed & finally the treated effluent goes to GIDC under ground drainage system.

    ETP BRIEF PROCESS DETAILS

The effluent from process plant comes to Collection tank. From there, we take it from Collection tank to Equalization tank.
