Once you have selected your date and destination, we can confirm your booking by taking a 50% deposit (assuming that you are booking more than 10 weeks in advance) over the telephone with your debit or credit card. For credit card payments we have to apply a 2.5% surcharge (Amex 3.5%), but there is no extra charge for payments by debit card.

Once you have booked, we will confirm everything in writing and send you a health & fitness profile form for you to complete online and send you a list of things to think about before your holiday commences, as well as a suggested list of items to bring with you.

We also host magical fitscape ski trips in the Dolomites during the ski season. Staying at the 5* Rosa Alpina, you will be surrounded by one of the world’s greatest ski areas: the Dolomiti Superski, consisting of 12 valleys, 460 lifts and 760 miles of ski runs and all are accessible under one ski pass. The skiing is, quite simply, amazing. Enjoy a day out on the slopes with friends or our team, post ski-stretching and afternoon / evening yoga classes. After all

Fitness training varies from session to session and day to day. Variety is key. It keeps you entertained and motivated. Fitness training classes cover a large range of different activities, such as boxercise, core strength, cardio, resistence, interval training etc. We make them all fun and the team will gently push and motivate you to get the best out of everything!

All fitness training classes end with ‘a warm down’ and stretching under the expert guidance of fitscape personal trainers.
