years and more land area is needed to lease to them.• Need to group rental companies into “families”
• Improved Services• Additional land for rental companies to add capacity or the potential for a
new tenant• Improved rental car customer service • New Wally Park facility will better accommodate growing customer base • Having “families” together will consolidate rental car bussing.
• Sponsor recommended solutions• Relocate Wally Park to SW corner of Gun Club Rd. and Pena• Three options were reviewed with many stakeholders including planning to
decide upon the recommended location
