What Is “Mako”?

“Mako” is an interactive portal built on the Deltek .NET Platform that simplifies earned value reporting and DCMA compliance for a Control Account Manager and a Program Control Analyst. It helps eliminate

surprises by allowing users to manage their project by exception and get early warning of upstream delays.

CAM Responsibilities

Responsible for:

• Managing technical, cost and schedule performance of the Control Account.

• Establishing and maintaining budget and schedule, managing resources, preparing Variance Analysis Reports (VARs), and updating the Estimate to Complete (ETC).

• Accepts work and changes to the CA, meeting the technical performance and quality of the CA, mitigating and managing risk and ensuring the Earned Value (EV) performance is correctly reported.
